Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of CalDaar (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

CalDaar lets you manage rental properties and bookings and sync availability with third-party platforms via iCal feeds. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the property, booking, and profile data you add. You grant CalDaar the limited rights needed to store, process, sync, and display that data to operate the Service (including publishing availability in your export feeds as you configure).

Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the Service, attempt to breach security, or access data that isn't yours.
• Don't upload unlawful content or infringe others' rights.
• Don't overload, scrape, or disrupt the Service or its feeds.

Third-party platforms

Syncing with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Google Calendar, and others is subject to their terms. CalDaar is not responsible for third-party feeds, their accuracy, or sync delays on their side. You are responsible for the links you connect.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly synchronized operation. Always verify availability before confirming a booking.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalDaar and Kode Foundry are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost bookings, revenue, or data arising from use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
